January so Far...

On New Years Day we went out to the desert to watch Roger race his dirt bike and for the first time I discovered the Snowflakes really are Snowflakes the air was so dry that you could see the little snowflakes. It was a new amazing discovery that I am quite excited about every time I see them now!
Brooklyn and I hung out by the fire while he raced and Daddy and Kam took pictures.

Roger is the one in the middle in the yellow pants. It was cold, but fun to hang out in Danny's elements again. He misses hanging out in the desert with other moto enthusiasts.
It snowed right after Christmas and B was excited to play in the snow it too a few days, but she finally got her daddy to take some time away from work and play they were outside for hours and it was chilly!
The snow was so light and fluffy they couldn't make a snowman so they just played with it instead.

Danny was pulling Brooklyn around the yard on the sled she was having a blast and would yell, "this is the best day ever!" Just like Tangled

Then it snowed again in the middle of the month and made everything so beautiful. It has been so cold that the snow has stuck around much longer than it usually does. Yes we still have Christmas lights and decorations outside because they are frozen to the house and until it gets warmer than 30 degrees that is where they will stay.

On Saturday the 19th I took Brooklyn to a sibling class at the hospital they got to bring a baby and a baby picture of themselves. They talked about what newborns are like when they get home and showed them how to hold the babies, swaddle them and put diapers on them.
Here the instructor is helping B to swaddle the baby
 Now they are changing diapers
They showed a little video about being a silly sibling and Brooklyn was dancing to the music while everyone watched. She surprises me sometimes at the moments she will be shy and not. She had a good time at the class, we took a tour of the hospital and she loved seeing the babies in the nursery.
After the class was over they got a certificate that they completed the class and a sticker.
Saturday night my sister Cherlyn and family came into town, a last minute thing. We went to Wahooz and did a little bowling with the kids then we got to go out to dinner with just the adults.
Miranda was the babysitter and helped the little ones bowl

Lucas was just chilling out while waiting his turn.
Brooklyn and Eliza they have a lot of fun together.
The winners of the night! Daddy won on the adults team and Brooklyn won on the kids team.
Monday night 21st at Crossfit. Here I am in all my 38 weeks big o glory with our Crossfit trainer Brent. I have been working out 3-4 days a week since before getting pregnant. Let me tell you it is quite the sight to see me do pull ups with this belly.
I can tell the difference so far when I don't workout. I am glad I have been able to stick with it as long as I have. Today Wednesday the 23 I did not make it I started getting really bad back pain last night thinking I pulled something, it has been hard to stand up straight and walk. I had Danny take B to preschool while I took a bath and then iced my back. My stomach keeps getting really hard and getting cramps under my belly. So maybe it is some early back labor with Braxton Hicks that I am experiencing I guess only time will tell. When I went to the Dr. Tuesday they said I am at a large 3cm, I am excited and nervous. I feel like I so not know what to expect because I was induced last time and didn't have this before. Stay tuned I am hoping to get Danny to update the blog with this babies birth story like he did with Brooklyn that is if I can get him to stop working for a little while!
