Wow, words cannot express our appreciation for all the hard work and time that everyone spent to make our baby shower so special. Not to mention all the people that came to celebrate with us, it was great to have everyone there. We were Spoiled beyond belief, I think we will have the best dressed and entertained little girl around. Thank you again for the amazing day. My moms house was packed standing room only with around 70 people that had to endure watching me open gifts for 2 hours! Thank you for enduring with the heat and lack of seating. I hope you enjoyed the food and the games, I know I did. Even some of the husbands came to visits (sorry about the way hot back yard you all were troopers, hopefully the snacks helped)
I know you are all wondering how did you get everything back? We were able to put all the clothes in vacuum bags and one duffel bag (about 43 pounds). Then the blankets all fit in another 36 pound suitcase. We only shipped 1 box with toys, books, etc. and Nana Maria will be bringing up the baskets and diapers. It all worked out great. I have already been organizing the goodies, the clothes are sorted and in the closet and dresser. It has been fun to go back through it all and see what we got and how cute and amazingly small everything is. It is still hard to believe that we are having a baby, every time I pass the room I can't believe it.
We also want to thank the people that were not able to make it, but sent a gift either with someone else or to the house. Your love and generosity is greatly appreciated.
